Well, the volcano Mt. Redoubt blew 5 times last night. We don't have any ash in the air (that I can tell, at least!) but Alaska Airlines has cancelled it's flights to Bethel and many other places for the time being. What this means for us is that if the planes don't fly, we won't get mail and the stores will soon run out of supplies. So, I'm going to have Aki go buy a few gallons of milk and throw them in the freezer so we won't run out, even if the stores do! And even if I needed to go to Anchorage to deliver this baby for some reason, the planes aren't flying! So, Bethel it is! I'd rather deliver here, anyway.
