Elias
We were able to play outside because our temps are warming up during the day! Elias' friend Desmond came to play. Desmond is 23 days older than Elias.
Elias peed in the potty for the first time yesterday!!
Leikittiin ulkona kun paivalla nousee mukavasti lampotila. Eliaksen kaveri Desmond oli leikkimassa ja han on 23 paivaa vanhempi kun E. Elias kavi potalla pissilla ekaa kertaa eilen!!
Camai 2011
Here are pictures from our annual Yup'ik Dance Festival called Camai ("cha-mai"). I love Yup'ik dancing. it's beautiful and the drumming that the men do just goes to my soul. Each dance tells a story. It's a beautiful part of the Yup'ik culture.

Donut... Donitsi
E is having his first donut! He liked it, too!
New word "look!" And after we take a picture of him he wants to always look at it and laugh at himself!
