Lisa Marianino has visited Maya numerous times already. Lisa on Mayaa kaynyt moikkaamassa jo monesti!


Last weekend Kenny and Jenna Huttula and their three boys came to visit and see Maya!
Viime viikonloppuna Kenny ja Jenna Huttula ja heidan kolme poikaa tuli Mayaa moikkaa. Sapinaa riitti!

Maya and Mommy

We went out to dinner last night with my parents and Lisa Marianino. At the restaurant people were stopping us to take a look at Maya! These little old ladies said she has the most beautiful blue eyes! Maya is doing well. But She still isn't taking breastmilk from a bottle very well. She either doesn't take it at all and starts screaming or she gets an ounce into her belly and then realizes that she is being tricked and that she isn't on mom's breast and then all hell breaks loose. If anyone has any hints on how to get her to take a bottle, let me know! We have bought every type of nipple on the market it seems.
Maya is cooing and making noises on a regular basis. It's amazing to watch her develop and change. She is SO heavy! I got on the scale with her (I won't tell you how much I weigh!) and I think she is almost 12 pounds! We dont' have another appointment with her doctor for almost 2 weeks. We are anxiously waiting for the Weilers to get back from China with their new daughter Bliss! We have missed them so very much! This weekend Maya will be going to her 2nd baby shower in as many weekends! She was the hit of the baby shower last weekend!

Terve! Me kaytiin eilen illalla ulos syomassa mun vanhempien ja Lisa Marianinon kanssa. Kun olimme ravintolassa ihmiset pysayttivat meidat ja haluisivat nahda Mayaa. Ja Maya oli tosi kiltti siella myos. Yhden mummot kehuivat Mayan ihanat siniset silmat!
Maya voi hyvin. Han ei vielakaan halua ottaa aidinmaitoa tuttipullosta. Se ei ota ollenkaan ja huutaa tai sitten ottaa vahasen ja sitten tajuaa etta hanta huijataan ja han ei ole aitin tissilla ja sitten se huuto vast alkaa! Jos kenellaan ois vihjeita niita otetaan vastaan! Maya kylla painaa aika paljon! Kavin vaakalla Mayan ka (en kerro mita se mulle kertoi!) ja luulen etta Maya on melkein 5.5kg! Meilla on n. 2 vk paasta weuraava aika laakarin kanssa.
Odotettaan innoissaan Weiler:n palua Kiinasta heidan uuden tyttarensa Bliss:n kanssa! Ollan koko perhetta ikavoity kovasti! Toivomme kaikille hauskaa viikonloppua!

Last weekend

Last weekend we went to visit my dad's brother and his family in Hobe Sound. It was nice to see my cousins as I haven't seen them in a long time. Tommi is now back in Finland starting his engineering classes.
All went well with the storm..if that's what you want to call it. It was really nothing. Thank goodness we didn't put up shutters!
Maya is now smiling more and making noises on a daily basis. It's amazing to watch her develop!

Viime viikonloppuna kaytiin Suo-Anttiloilla syomassa. Oli kiva nahda serkkuni Tommia ja Mikaa kun ei olla nahty vahaan aikaan. Tommi on jo takaisin suomessa aloittamassa koulun Helsingissa. Kaikki meni hyvin myrskyn kanssa. ei edes tarvinnut suojat laittaa ikkunoihin.
Maya nyt hymyilee enemman ja jo aantelee paivittain. On se mukavaa seurata kun han kehittyy.
Muuten kaikki on ok. Maya nukkui 4 tuntia yhteen kyyttiin viime yona!!
